You Can Save $1,500 For a Limited time a tax credit of 30% of the installed cost of qualifying high efficiency heating and air conditioning equipment is being provided by the recently passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This means a maximum of up to $1,500 in saving for 2009 and 2010 combined.
How Does it work For a list of heating and cooling products that can qualify you for this amazing offer contact us. By spending $5000 on qualifying products & installation, you may be eligible for the full $1500 tax credit. All units must be installed between January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2010 to be eligible. Please consult your tax expert on any tax credit in which you are entitled.
2011 Tax Credits
Home improvement tax credit: 10% of cost of home improvement, up to a maximum of $500.00
Expiration: December 31, 2011
Eligibility: Must be on an existing home & your principal residence.
You can receive at most a home improvement tax credit of $500.00
Water Heaters: Credit includes installation costs; some restrictions apply. $300.00 max. credit.
HVAC: Components, including advance air handlers, air force heat pumps, central A?C units, boilers, propane, and gas furnaces. Tax credits include installation costs. $300.00 limit, and furnaces must now be 95% efficient.
NIPSCO
NIPSCO's Appliance Rebate program is still being offered. Save $ when you replace old natural gas appliances with high-efficiency models. Rebates include: gas furnaces, boilers, water heaters and programmable thermostats.
